Is That A Bikini Dude?

What’s wrong with this picture? Notice the girl dead center (the only one that’s not tanned) with the black bikini top and red skirt? Is that a dude? It looked like one when I first saw the picture but from blowing up the picture, turns out it’s a female. It’s a bikini contest where they take walk-ins. They all look like Hooters rejects.
